I'm Xan Orchid — a creative entrepreneur in Dallas, Texas. I've run my own agency since 2020, helping businesses with branding, websites, social media, logo and template design. Today I pair that eye with AI: Claude is my engineering partner, so a one-woman studio can deliver what used to take a team.
The story
Business school taught me strategy. Running real marketing taught me what actually moves people.
I'm a Hockaday alum and graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder's Leeds School of Business in May 2025 with a B.S. in Business Administration — Entrepreneurship & Strategy — and a minor in Creative Technology & Design.
At CU I was accepted into the Women's Empowerment Initiative, a selective program for 40 women in the business school. Studying design thinking and startup creation in Barcelona led me to found Abrago and win the New Venture Challenge.
Since then I've led marketing for an integrative wellness center and a forest school in Costa Rica, built websites and apps for local businesses, and started building Xanadu — a network for awakening places — from nothing.
